With another issue of COLORS online, I make use of the opportunity to thank the people who accepted our invitation to be interviewed, and who were willing to share their Passion in many ways with COLORS and her readers.
This month’s main story was made with interviews by Claudia Schalkx (the Netherlands) and Melitsa Hayer (CuraƧao) with editing from Francesca Cordido (Madrid, Spain). They reached out to their network and posed 3 apparently simple questions to the interviewees. The array of answers spans wide and varied as humankind. For some, the answer was evident and had to do with love, romance, or a drive to do what makes them happy. For others it was the first time they considered it. In any case, passion and anything related to it, awakens an internal fire. Read on and discover what passion is for people, and how culture might have helped to ignite it.
Passion can also be seen and felt in our colorful and growing team of collaborators. It’s our delight to welcome Francesca, Katja, Melitsa and Mohamed on our Colors team.
A variety of informative, educative and entertaining articles, has been composed for your reading, and audio-visual pleasure. In our cuisine section, no more recipes, which are readily available all over the web. We are starting a series about the five senses in the kitchen. And no, we are not talking about kitchen equipment. We invite you to create your unique cuisine experience with the sense of smell, and feel the Passion as you Stop and Smell the Roses.
I feel blessed and grateful, along with Claudia (Chief Editor) and Guillermo (WebMaster and Designer), who have been of priceless value in supporting me to fulfil my passion and my dream in publishing COLORS.
“It’s in my heart, as a burning fire, shut up in my bones”
Enjoy and be blessed.
